President Obama, feeling the joy of giving, announced a $700,000,000 plan to bolster Mexican Law Enforcement today. The funds will be used to purchase helicopters for the Mexican Army and Surveillance equipment for the Mexican Navy. The plan also doubles the number of border security task force teams, who's primary function will be to observe American money flying over their heads into Mexico.As reported on cnn.com
